In einer älteren Liegenschaft haben wir eine unserer sehr häufig angewendeten Kaltvernebelungen zur effektiven Schimmelbekämpfung durchgeführt und für Sie fotografiert.
Dabei wird der Wirkstoff in der fachgerechten Desinfektion in den Räumlichkeiten so eingesetzt, dass er auch Oberflächen sowie schwierigste Stellen und Zwischenräume bzw. Hohlräume erreichen kann. Je nach Wirkstoff werden auch Viren, Bakterien oder Gerüche beseitigt. Wichtig ist jedoch, dass unsere eingesetzten Wirkstoffe, zertifiziert und absolut unschädlich für Mensch, Tier und Material sind.

Die Ursachen können sehr vielfältig sein: Schimmelpilz kann entstehen durch Wärmebrücken, mangelnde Isolation bzw. Dämmung oder durch Bauschäden sowie einen versteckten Wasserschaden. Aber auch bei schlechtem Lüften kann eine konstant zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit entstehen.
Weil Schimmelsporen nach dem Entfernen nicht absterben, sondern zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder einen neuen Schimmelschaden verursachen können, ist es wichtig, diesen nachhaltig und effektiv zu bekämpfen und zu eliminieren.
Deshalb ist es wichtig, nach jeder Schimmelsanierung eine Kaltvernebelung durchzuführen, damit die noch vorhandenen Schimmelsporen aus der Raumluft eliminiert werden.
